With one final pre-season fixture remaining, Town were back on the training pitch at Poolfoot Farm on Thursday, continuing preparations ahead of Saturday’s trip to Hartlepool United.
Fresh from a positive 1-1 draw against Championship side Bolton Wanderers earlier in the week, Matt Lawlor’s squad showed no signs of easing off, with another high-tempo session focused on intensity, quality and the finer details as the opening day edges ever closer.
